Refund Policy hope you absolutely love your new Winrose Pearls piece — each one is carefully handmade with love and intention.

However, if for any reason you change your mind, you’re welcome to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
• You must email us within the 14-day window with your order number and reason for return 
  
  

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Please note: Personalised or custom pieces (including those with initials, pearl colours, or specific design requests) are non-refundable unless faulty. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item. We recommend using a tracked service when returning items, as we are not liable for returns lost in the post.

To keep your Winrose Pearls looking their best for years to come, please follow these care guidelines:

• Avoid wearing your pearls in water, this includes showers, swimming, and washing up.
• Remove jewellery when applying perfume, lotions, or hairspray,
• Avoid contact with cleaning products or chemicals.
• Store your pearls separately in a soft pouch to avoid scratching.
• Clean gently with a soft cloth, never soak or use jewellery cleaners not specifically made for pearls.
  
  

Please remember: Pearls are organic and naturally vary in shape, size, and surface, this is part of their beauty and uniqueness. Our jewellery is handmade and crafted from sterling silver or plated materials. Tarnishing may occur over time, especially if exposed to moisture, sweat, or chemicals. By purchasing from Winrose Pearls, you acknowledge and accept these care instructions and terms.
